frustration

If anyone could give me some input as to why my toolbar has disappeared for posting icons (pics, font, etc.) I'd appreciate it. I've gone on their "help" site and come away with nothing (my compose feature is "on"). I'm about ready to create a new blog if this keeps up here. I'll post the new site address here if it comes to that.
